The Ohio Classes, Crystal Symmetry, and the Biofield
The Ohio Class Structure and Healer Dynamics
All right. The Ohio classes, take one. Pardon my nose. Let's see. Okay. Well, I haven't talked to Ma yet.
Um, I have a different video you may or may not see on YouTube directing my ire at the intelligence community as a whole in the way of their distribution of all these psychological operations they've been running for cover for their research and development on the bio-tokenized economy. This has been running for many years with these body area networks.
So, our first Ohio class was very healer-centric. We actually turned the lights down on Saturday because we had Velvet in one corner, a tuning fork person in the other corner, and then up front we had three tables and myself, Mana, and another person. It was similar to Verona, where Gwen was there and the tuning fork gentleman as well. And then people could walk around.
I was more instruction-based and bringing people in—just like Verona, Mana, and the other lady. This was last week, the healer class. They were more focused on a 30-minute session to show many of their modality work, what they're doing, and show how. Then other people who either knew about it, had it, worked with it, or studied it, they were going in different directions to quietly speak amongst themselves.
Interacting with Normies and the Biofield
But there were also people that were jumping in and trying it out, and then they were going off to go talk. So, just like Verona in the intro class, you have to have time for people to do what they need to do. Whether they go outside and communicate, or they come back in, or they leave for a little while and come back—whatever—so that they can actually be around normal people who are just asking questions and trying to figure out: "Do I really feel this? Am I imagining this? Like, what is the sensation of that? And is it really magnetic, or is it something that I could be doing on my own?" etc., etc.
Because we had normies—which I brought up repeatedly—normal people who didn't even know who I was, and they thought, "Wow, this was a lot of fun. Makes sense to me." No kidding, really? Do you believe that the internet is run by Santa Claus and the stork? However, the bio-battlefield reading—we didn't even get to it because we were so focused on table work, but we did finish with dodgeball. Okay.
Transitioning to Crystallography and Fascia
Well, the land healing component in the North Carolina class is going to be real different because we have a place where we can go outside. So, I thought, "Well, oh man..." I spent all week changing out ideas of how to help people understand crystal symmetry, fractals, and sacred geometry. Oh, important for us because that's easy to do.
But finally, I was like, "Wait a minute. What are the sensors made of?" Here, I'll do it this way: rocks, using what? Crystallography. Oh, what are the networks made of? Mineral density photonics, light using crystallography, fiber optic cable, coax. Oh, wow, coax. Oh, just amazing.
What is the human body primarily made of? Water. That's incredible. Tell me the crystalline matrix systems coming in and out of water. What are our cells made of? What's our fascia made of? Crystalline structure. Oh, why would that be? Have you ever donated plasma before? Wow.
So, I'm sitting here, and I'm looking at all that. This is me studying all week in between so many conversations. People stayed through Monday—different people, I mean. It's been every single day, and my hair is standing on end because I'm spending as much time as I can with all these incredible people who have the best questions and ideas. These are ideas that work and are actually reproducible locally—something you can control.
Crystalline Matrix Systems and Piezoelectricity
Anyways, I finally realized... because it's this, and I have a crystal PDF up there that I don't talk about much because it's hard to explain. So I said, "Listen, you're going to get two different stones." One is a trigonal matrix system, and a moss agate has a different matrix system. There are seven of them. Why? Welcome to the periodic table of elements. What's the soil made of? What's the Earth's crust made of? What's in the ionosphere, the troposphere, the stratosphere? What's it made of?
Oh, so then the lady whose flowers I use for my Rumble channel, and sometimes the Odysee, etc., comes wandering in with a book from the '50s on piezoelectricity and crystallography. And I'm looking at it because Sally gifted me for my birthday an 1800s apatite—not "apotheium"—apatite polygons from the 1800s. And in this 1800s schoolbook, it has all the equations for piezoelectricity and bioelectricity. Well, I have Dr. Becker's book with me for doing presentations.
So, I'm looking at this 1950s book after having a great conversation with a young gentleman who attended both of our classes. He brought his friend to the second class, and I opened it right away to your axis perpendicular and transversals for what? Chirality off the skin, people—galvanic coupling! So, I'm looking at this...
The Two-Stone Exercise and Individual Perception
But I said, "Get the two stones by yourself. Go find a partner." Because first, I had people take their time and select two different stones for themselves, because your eyeballs will lie to you. Feel the difference, and then sit down with a partner until you get it right five times in a row, to the point where you're comfortable going, "Yeah, I can tell the difference."
It's always different based on metabolism, what you're used to, and the way your body actually functions at your job or at home. But everybody figured out a way to go, "Huh, they do feel different." Not everybody could use their hands, though. Not everybody felt heat, and not everybody felt a magnetic sensation. Some people felt it in other parts of the body, and some people saw an image. That's them—that's their body, their neurology, and their biology. But all of them could feel a difference.
Overcoming Difficulties and Class Dynamics
It was just different for everyone, to the point where people were trying to help each other. And those who didn't get it right away—from the exercise on Friday to Saturday—were like, "Oh, wait a minute." So, they were able to work it out. And I said, "If you're still having trouble, take it home. Treat it like a pilot project, you know? You'll get there." It's no different than a spin class for your peripheral nervous system.
So, this was different from last week because I included the land healing section with these crystals into it—any stones, a bunch of them. And then we had different areas set up. The lights stayed on, and people jumped in right away with my husband. He led four people at a time, with a guinea pig on the table for 10 minutes or less. Ma was busy with sessions—I still haven't talked to her. And people got to ask anything they wanted, and everybody was in motion.
They thought our shirts were there, but they are not. Due to shipping and different stuff, people thought we'd have extras, especially that bag with Healthcare 4.0 and 5.0. So, we had different discussions, but the band really came through when it comes to paper—prayer card paper. Shell brought me glitter paint, and I've made good use of that.
The Value of a Safe Community and Biofield Workouts
The most important component that people spoke of was having a place to actually talk to people who are normal. You don't have to start over every five minutes and get into a conflict over something scientifically simple, like, "Well, they didn't teach us that." Well, no, but here it is! Okay, whatever it is. Especially with the anatomy itself. And then the biggest outlier was the feeling of, "I don't feel alone anymore." It was so nice to be able to talk to people, and it was a lot of fun. It really was.
There was nothing I showed that you can't take home and do. And if somebody is like, "What are you doing? You're hovering your hand over a rock!" Okay, why do you care? I'm working out. Leave me alone! Just like I always told you about biofield practice: "You're waving your hands in the air." Okay, well, I'm working out, I'm doing breathwork, leave me alone! It's physical physiology.
Anyways, every single exercise is available to you at home. But due to different areas—and people flew in from places like California and whatnot—there are plenty of folks now who say, "Oh, I can take this with me and do my own thing." Uh, yeah! And you'll probably develop a whole bunch of extra stuff that could be a lot more effective. We have different ideas flowing back and forth from other people doing different types of presentations.
Modalities, Logistics, and Future Plans
And you know, the tuning forks are going on, and so is the craniosacral type of work, and then polarity therapy. We also have the electro-permaculture discussions. Yeah, so as you can see, I mean, it is nonstop all weekend long, and don't plan on getting any sleep. Several folks said it's like PE in high school again. We bring water, maybe some juice.
Thank you again to Mac and Andy for the beautiful food truck, the flowers, and the best tea I've had yet—hibiscus tea—and the trail mix I took for myself because it's perfect. It has white chocolate chips and I think some sort of pumpkin or pine nut or something. Anyways, it's really good.
Folks brought us paper, and a few folks donated some binders. We printed and printed; we had the printer with us. We ran out of everything we had, which was wonderful. We had 54 people, I think, last weekend. This weekend we had 52 or 56. Everybody came back. There were more people on Saturday than Friday, like usual. And yeah, so 36 in Verona, then 52, 54, 56, 58—that's where we're at for attendance so far.
Now, South Carolina is going to be interesting because we cap at 70 or 80, I think, for safety, and I've already modified the exercises. My husband and I split the work because we know what we're doing in terms of patterning and managing people, knowing where to send folks to move for the next exercise. But we've been blessed to have Angelos, who helped us in Verona and was here this weekend as well.
There are just so many people. The one suggestion was, "Sabrina, we want name tags." Because you really do need them! You start talking to different folks, everything's flowing, and you're recognizing people by the topic or what you wanted to ask them, but you totally forget their name. You're talking and talking, and then you're like, "I'm so sorry, what is your name again?"
And because we don't have any sign-ups or whatever, there may be a Telegram channel specifically started for the Ohio class folks. The Ohio classes here in Greenville will be an annual thing now. It used to be three years in between because I got stuck reading white papers for a while, but it was worth it for me learning-wise. So, now it's an annual thing because Ma is right here and I love getting to visit with her.
Biofield Ethics and Intellectual Dialogue
And going into South Carolina, I don't know yet. Some people said they think we're already at 60 as far as give or take. I mean, we were almost at 60 yesterday. So, we'll see. If we need to, we'll figure it out because that's what we do.
But the best parts are in between. The band gets together. There's no alcohol. I mean, if there was, I didn't see any—people were very discreet, very polite, and practiced good biofield ethics, right? And also, I think because folks are starved for that intellectual dialogue that here on the channel is coffee—that's all you heard from group to group to group consistently: the different topics we cover, questions, thinking ahead, and mitigation all night long, along with giggles, laughter, glow sticks, and goofiness.
And like this morning, I got to paint with some really cool folks before they left. We are the front lines for mitigation and triage. Just like I said four years ago: "Marine Corps, where are you?" "We're not coming, Sabrina." Oh. Good luck. I hope you make it. Oh, thank you so much!
Portability, Support for TIs, and Community Requests
Well, augmented humans. Wow. Saw a bunch of that in grade school, huh? It's all theory. Pretend that it's a bio-tokenized economy with market share again. Oh, okay. "Well, I'm going to make a Rife machine, or a Tesla machine, a beam steerer, and a magic paperweight." Just like I said to people this morning: whatever it is, it needs to be very portable. We're not thinking that way or looking at optics, optogenetics, and biological circuits.
We had a network engineer last weekend, and we had a totally different kind of thinking guy this weekend—it was great. What a wonderful man, just an incredible man. I had three or four more TI (targeted individual) folks, and it just breaks my heart. It makes me so internally wrathful on their behalf that I have to go into more prayer time, which is where I'm headed.
I got several prayer card requests. Bless you all, I'm so excited. And that'll be my focus for the next couple of days, absolutely. Just like Missouri, when I get home, that's the first thing I focus on for energy and also for gratitude. The amount of wonderful people in our community is astounding. Our lurkers—who aren't on the Telegram but have been there for three or four years—waited so they could attend a class. And I said months ago, all through the year 2025: "Y'all, people have been around here poking in. They're waiting for classes." So, it's been interesting.
But the people that repeated the class, even though it changes a little bit—we have several. They're ready. They want the next step, class-wise. Well, then we've got to help these folks the best we can and see what they're going to do with augmentation because... I don't know.
So, those were the classes. For those of you that attended, I have a request, which is if you would be willing to share your experience. I know that there is a Missouri reunion in a couple of weeks, etc. We're going to be heading to South Carolina and North Carolina pretty quick, but I really hope that there are some of you who are willing to speak about your experience.
So, blessings. Mark 5:36. Amen.

I am TI from Russia-Israel. This is my first blog where I talk about myself.
Thank you Sabrina 🙏
